It is recommended to stand to the right of the Imam
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ يُقْبِلُ عَلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِهِ .
This hadith has been reported by Mis'ar with the same chain of transmitters, but he made no mention of:" His face would turn towards us."
