If He Does Not Have Any Dirhams But He Has The Equivalent
أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ وَلاَ لِذِي مِرَّةٍ سَوِيٍّ " .
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'It is not permissible to give charity to a rich man (or one who is independent of means) or to one who is strong and healthy."'
