When A Slave Is Bought Or sold But His Possessions Are Exempt

It was narrated from Salim, from his father that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever buys a date-palm tree after it has been pollinated, its fruits belong to the seller, unless the purchaser has stipulated otherwise. And whoever buys a slave who has wealth, his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the purchaser has stipulated otherwise. "(sahih)
